Evergreen Devco Inc. has expanded into the industrial sector for the first time after spending decades focused on retail and multifamily development.
Brian Dietz, vice president of industrial development for Phoenix-based Evergreen Devco, said the company was previously considered one of the largest developers of Walgreens stores in the U.S. and in recent years has been building out mixed-use projects with retail and apartments.
