Dominium pitches new project for S. Chandler

Dominium Apartments has released its latest plan for its land in South Chandler that it hopes will please neighbors who sank its original idea.

The new project is called Sonoran Landings and would be built on Ocotillo Road, just east of Arizona Avenue. It consists of a 282-unit senior living complex in front and two large light industrial buildings in back. 

Most of the apartments would be located in three-story buildings. The portion of the complex farthest from Ocotillo would be four stories.

Most of the units (160) would have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Another 91 units have one bedroom and 31 would have three bedrooms.

The industrial buildings would total 200,000 square feet, with one slightly larger than the other.
