Dallas company submits plans for large Mesa data center campus

A global data center developer has submitted plans for a large campus in southeast Mesa nearly five years after acquiring the land.

Dallas-based CyrusOne Inc. (Nasdaq: CONE) is proposing a five-building data center campus within Mesa’s Elliot Road Technology Corridor near Elliot and Ellsworth roads. The site, which totals 68.2 acres, is located within Mesa Elliot Technology Park — an industrial park that’s being developed by San Diego-based Sunbelt Investment Holdings Inc.
