Gilbert to find its way around downtown

Gilbert is looking at signs to build awareness of its Heritage District and provide directions to public amenities such as parking and restrooms.

Multistudio, of Phoenix, hired by the town to work with stakeholders and come up with the Heritage District Wayfinding and Place Marketing Plan, presented recommendations to the Redevelopment Commission on Nov. 15.

“We are looking at capturing the district’s character within the Heritage District,” said consultant Nicole Norgren.
