Voters reject Northern Arizona Healthcare rezone

Unofficial election results are coming in and voters in Flagstaff rejected Proposition 480, which would have rezoned an area of land near I-17 and I-40 for a new hospital. 

Northern Arizona Healthcare said they are “disappointed” in the results in a statement provided to 12News. 

“NAH cannot build a new hospital there without the zoning change, and NAH also cannot continue to renovate Flagstaff Medical Center,” the statement said.
