Yesterday marked a change in Daylight Savings Time, something Arizona and a few other states ignore. And Eastern arrogance continues forcing us do the math when the starting time for the Phoenix Suns is 10 p.m. EST.
We think this manipulation of the sun should be dealt with at the state Capitol, along with what have been myriad bills that reside in FILE 13.
