Eloy’s first hospital adds to construction boom in Pinal County

Exceptional Healthcare’s plan to build a community hospital in Eloy will add to the development wave that’s coming to the small city in a rapidly growing area of Pinal County.

The Dallas-based hospital operator paid $1.13 million to Scottsdale-based Walton Global for a 10-acre parcel within the Sunshine Industrial Park, said Trey Davis of Land Advisors Organization, who negotiated the transaction on behalf of the seller, along with Kirk McCarville. They both specialize in land transactions in Pinal County.
