Extra Space Storage planned in Mesa

A one-story building addition to a mini-storage business is to be constructed on 5 acres east of Ellsworth Road on the south side of Southern Avenue in Mesa.

The planned look and landscaping for the Extra Space Storage were discussed Dec. 12 by the Mesa Design Review Board. No formal action was taken by the board.

The business has two mini-storage buildings and RV spaces at the site, Staff Planner Kwasi Abebrese said during the meeting.
