Maricopa councilmember seeks re-election

At 78, Councilmember Bob Marsh isn’t ready to hang up his hat just yet.

The first-term councilmember confirmed he filed initial candidate paperwork in April, indicating his interest in running for possible re-election.

“I’m not done yet,” he told InMaricopa. “There are a lot of things I’d like to move forward on, especially the highways in and out of Maricopa.”

Highways, water, public transportation and senior advocacy are just a few of the issues he has emphasized during his time on council.
