Subdivision in Paradise Valley completed

BedBrock Developers, a custom home builder in Paradise Valley, recently completed the last two homes in Cameldale Estates, which is now fully occupied.

Cameldale Estates, near the intersection of Invergordon Road and Luke Drive, broke ground in March 2019. The land was sold to BedBrock Developers by Judd Herberger, a local developer and philanthropist who carried on his parents’ legacy as a supporter of the arts.

Arriving in Arizona in the 1940s, Herberger’s parents were original benefactors of the Herberger Theater Center, which Judd and his wife Billie Jo continued to support. He was also a benefactor of the American Heart Association Phoenix Heart Ball, as well as a successful homebuilder, investor and developer of Kierland Commons.

Herberger passed away from heart failure in October 2021 at 79 years old.
