Industrial buildings planned in Mesa

Two industrial buildings totaling more than 235,000 square feet are to be constructed on 28 acres northwest of the Germann and Sossaman roads intersection in Mesa.

The planned look and landscaping for the Gateway Commerce Center II development were discussed Jan. 9 by the Mesa Design Review Board. No formal action was taken by the board.

“I think this will be a good-looking building there. It is 50 feet tall, so good thing it sits up next to the railroad tracks,” Board Chair Scott Thomas said during the meeting.
