It appears 2024 will be a big year for the Shops at Lake Pleasant, located at Lake Pleasant Parkway and Yearling Road.
Phoneix-based Vestar has built the 90,000-square-foot commercial center on 26 acres of land acquired from the Arizona State Land Department.
The center is adjacent to another shopping center Vestar developed several years ago, Lake Pleasant Towne Center, which is anchored by large retailers Home Depot, PetSmart and Kohl’s.
Officials say more than 10 tenants in the Shops at Lake Pleasant are planning to open this year, three as soon as April or May, which include breakfast restaurant Over Easy, European Wax Center and Visionworks.
