Mesa office-industrial park wraps up construction

As Phoenix marches onward as one of the top markets for growth in large warehouse spaces, a new office-industrial park will go after users who don’t need a hefty footprint.

Greenwood & McKenzie Real Estate Investments, a Southern California-based firm, has finished the buildout of Gateway Quads in southeast Mesa — an area sprawling with spec industrial construction. Gateway Quads is a four-building, 122,780-square-foot center.
