A local homebuilder has its sights set on land near Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. in north Phoenix where 1,000 new home sites will have new owners in four separate locations.
Lennar Homes has new home sites in Peoria, Surprise and north Phoenix that are part of a red-hot land grab near TSMC where property is selling like hotcakes.
In January, Lennar bought about 80 acres along Pinnacle Peak Road near 43rd Avenue after it placed the winning bid in an auction held by the Arizona State Land Department.
