Arizona Land Consulting, the Valley’s leading, female-owned real estate consulting firm, announced two closings on two prime locations in Buckeye, the deals combined amounted to nearly $20M.
The first acquired property is 72 acres that will be converted into a mixed-use development, located on Miller and Broadway, a rapidly growing area known for its economic development and thriving real estate market. The majority of the site was recently rezoned to be developed into a master-planned community called Copper Falls. The residential community is slated for approximately 900 multifamily units, a combination of build-to-rent and garden-style apartments. The remaining 16 acres will be kept for commercial and retail use.
“We were attracted to this site because of all the development happening in and around the area. There is already a strong demand for both retail and multi-family components,” said Anita Verma-Lallian, CEO and founder of Arizona Land Consulting, “A Fry’s is under construction on the property across the street, which will make for this location to be a key intersection for Buckeye as it continues to grow.”
