Coolidge sees progress on restaurants, housing

COOLIDGE — City staff believes housing, businesses and restaurants coming to the city will keep moving through the process.

On July 10, Gilbert Lopez, city development services director, updated the Planning and Zoning Commission on the progress of businesses coming to the city.

He said staff had been moving forward with a review of Wendy’s, which is to be located on the northwest corner of Vah Ki Inn Road and State Route 87. That was the original site for Burger King, which moved to the Safeway Plaza.
