Lennar adds more finished lots at Rocking K

TUCSON, ARIZONA (December 24,2024) — Lennar Arizona, (Ginger Kneup, Lennar Land Acquisition Manager-Tucson Division) added to its position in the Rocking K master-planned community in Vail. The 33 SFR lots were 45’ X 120’ and located in Rocking K South Neighborhood BB.  The builder recently paid $4,564,890 ($138,330/lot) for the second takedown for 121 homesites, including 3 model lots, under the Millrose Properties Arizona, LLC entity.

Mattamy Tucson, LLC (Briana Rader, Director of Land Acquisition-Tucson) closed on 73 finished lots at Blackhawk at the SWC of Wilmot and Interstate 10. The lots were 40’X110’. The builder paid $7,300,000 ($100,000/lot).

Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group Inc. sold the lots in both transactions. Forestar continues to be extremely active in the Tucson market.
