Northpointe at Vistancia and the Village at Vistancia, communities in the award-winning 7,100-acre Vistancia master planned community in Peoria, have recently secured over 100 acres in land sales, continuing to poise the community for future growth.

“Vistancia’s builder interest and home sales continue to demonstrate the attractability of our community,” said Mark Hammons, General Manager of Vistancia. “Vistancia is poised for future growth in the area, offering high-quality home options, incredible amenities, outdoor fitness experiences and robust family life opportunities.”

Shea Homes, a long-time builder within the Vistancia master planned community, recently closed on 90.1 acres in Northpointe at Vistancia’s elevated desert community. The sale price was $19,869,519, according to Vizzda. Shea Homes’ new neighborhood is located east of Vistancia Boulevard, nestled at the base of Vistancia’s signature Twin Buttes mountains. Shea Homes’ neighborhood will include a total of 188 homesites. Construction began in late 2024.
