The Litchfield Park City Council will meet on Wednesday, Feb. 19, to review and potentially approve a new mixed-use building at the northwest corner of La Loma Avenue and Village Parkway, a component of the ongoing development of the city’s downtown area.

The proposed project is part of the larger Litchfield Square development, a 26-acre urban hub designed to foster economic growth and community engagement.

The proposed building includes a three-story, 24,000-square-foot structure with a 6,000-square-foot outdoor patio on the third floor, to be used for dining. In addition, the design features a 275-square-foot ice cream shop.
This project, located within Lots 1 and 2 of Litchfield Square, is a key piece in the city’s plan to transform the area into a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly downtown.
