Downtown Chandler ‘food hall’ project has new developer

A downtown Chandler project that initially had enthusiastic support from the City Council is back in front of that same council again this week.

A resolution, expected to be passed by Council at its Thursday, June 26 meeting, would adopt a first amendment to a development agreement for a “food hall” plan.

Everstead Ventures LLC wants to purchase the 0.36 acres on the southwest corner of Oregon and Chicago streets, across from the city parking structure recently built on the northwest corner. If approved by council to have a development agreement reassigned to them.
