Florence P&Z approves preliminary plats

This development encompasses approximately 47 acres of currently undeveloped land and aims to create a mix of residential and commercial spaces. The plan includes the subdivision of around 518 single-family lots, with a density of 4.06 dwelling units per acre for residential areas and an overall density of 3.5 units per acre when including commercial spaces.
