Luxury development opens in Glendale

Mark-Taylor Residential — a leading developer, owner and investment manager of luxury multifamily residences across the state — has opened its latest property in Glendale with the addition of Somerset.

Located at 7811 N. 99th Avenue, Somerset offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. The apartments feature natural light, wood-style plank flooring and ceilings ranging from 8 to 11 feet high. The bathrooms have custom-tiled, walk-in showers with glass doors. Units include full-sized stackable washers and dryers, white cabinetry and plush carpeting in bedrooms.
