This project will have bottom-floor retail with multi-family senior units above.
 City of Mesa Council 07/01/2025 Consideration of Revisions to Marijuana Ordinances in Light of State Regulatory Changes  If approved, the revised ordinance would increase size allowance for medical and dual license dispensaries, remove size requirements for customer waiting and storage areas, and remove limitations that allow delivery of marijuana to medical users only. 
 City of Mesa Council 07/01/2025 Consideration of Text Amendments to Make Certain Entitlements Processes Administrative as Described in House Bill 2447 New processes that would result if this ordinance revision is approved include:Lot splits now being approved by the Planning DirectorRemoval of preliminary plat processing from the Planning Commission’s purviewEstablishment of an administrative minor plat process
