From the Desk of Supervisor Goodman |
As we approach the 4th of July, there’s something truly special in the air—longer days, community celebrations, and a deep, unshakable sense of pride in our country. This season reminds us not only of summer traditions, but of the remarkable freedoms that define the American spirit. President Ronald Reagan once said, “Freedom is one of the deepest and noblest aspirations of the human spirit.” This holiday is a powerful reminder of the sacrifices made to secure our liberty—and of our shared responsibility to preserve it. Whether you’re flying the flag, gathering for a BBQ, or simply reflecting on the blessings of this great nation, thank you for bringing that spirit of gratitude and pride to our community. Wishing you and your loved ones a joyful, safe, and meaningful Independence Day. ![]() |
