Massive family entertainment center eyed for Maricopa

Bowling, bumper cars and climbing walls could be on your family’s activity calendar soon.   

Months after a former Maricopa resident proposed building a family entertainment center near Copper Sky, a multistate brand has shown interest in bringing family fun to the city.

Syracuse, Utah-based Rush Funplex proposes constructing a 75,000-square-foot entertainment facility called Maricopa Power Center at Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway and Shea Way, according to public records obtained by InMaricopa yesterday.
