Maricopa’s newest master-planned community is opening its amenity center this month with a public event featuring city leaders, model home tours and free food.
Forestar Group plans a grand opening celebration for the Moonlight community’s Twilight Park amenity center from 10 a.m. to noon April 16 at 46770 W. Eagles Landing Place. The event includes remarks from Mayor Nancy Smith, appearances by city council members, a DJ, tours of model homes and grab bags for the first 50 attendees.
The 460-acre development is being built out by D.R. Horton, Oakwood and Risewell, with homes currently selling from the low to mid $300,000s.
