A new luxury senior living community is slated to break ground in the East Valley next month to help meet the growing demand for elderly care.
Investcor, a national real estate development and investment firm, announced it will begin construction on Mojave Sage by June.
The 117-residence development will be located at 37587 N. Encanterra Drive, directly across from the Encanterra Golf Course. The project aims to serve seniors in Queen Creek and the surrounding San Tan Valley area.
