New industrial project to go up in East Valley

A 12-acre vacant parcel of land in Chandler will be turned into a 180,000-square-foot speculative industrial space.

Boston-based Stag Industrial Inc., a REIT, and Becknell Industrial, a real estate developer based in La Grange, Illinois, are working on the building — called Ten56 — at the southwest corner of Chandler Boulevard and 56th Street, the city of Chandler said.
