After 20 years, the Sandia Planned Area Development could be one step closer to actually happening.
Joe Horn of Colliers Engineering & Design along with Ty LeSueur from LeSueur Investments came before the Coolidge City Council to present an amendment to the Sandia PAD that would update it to conform with over 20 years of change since it was initially zoned.
The Sandia PAD is a 3,212-acre project from LeSueur Investments and Andersen Capital Partners, which was annexed and zoned in 2005, with some additional amendments finalized in 2006. However, due to some issues with the ownership groups, it wasn’t until 2015 that LeSueur and Andersen Capital were able to piece the property back together.
