RLG Budget wins from this legislative session:
- $4M for the Double Up Food Bucks Program which supports local farmers and families on SNAP
- $3M for United Food Bank expansion which will strengthen food access across Arizona
- $2M for Advanced Air Mobility, ensuring the monies would be used as intended
RLG lobbied bills that were signed by Governor Katie Hobbs:
SB1232 | signs; military compatibility permit zoning
Allows for billboards to be put up in military compatibility zoned areas where residential housing is not allowed
SB1473 | assisted living homes; occupancy; zoning
Protects privately-owned facilities serving the elderly population and saved seniors from losing critical living options

SB1286 | veterinarian visits; electronic means; prescriptions. It passed through both chambers with high vote counts. In the House it was passed unanimously. The bill allows a veterinarian means to issue and renew prescriptions for non-antimicrobial drugs for up to 30 days instead of 14 with one renewal permitted before requiring an in-person examination
