Tempe student housing high-rise announced

Tempe has one of the most significant housing shortages in Arizona, and with a population up 3.5% since 2020, the  city has nowhere to go but up.  

Astria Tempe, the 27-story mixed-use development, will support the growing need by adding 380 multifamily units to the Tempe housing market. 

The 521,553 SF project includes: 

  • 380 multifamily units. 
  • Rooftop swimming pool. 
  • Study pods. 
  • Pet walk
  • Seven levels of parking, with additional spaces for nearby businesses.
