Downtown Phoenix office building renovation nears completion

A massive renovation to Roosevelt Row’s largest office building is nearly complete, and to cap it off civil engineering firm Ritoch-Powell & Associates has leased the top floor of the downtown Phoenix building for its headquarters.

Phoenix-based developer True North Studiobought the 100,000-square-foot, Ten-O-One building, at 1001 N. Central Ave. in downtown, in early 2019, and has been extensively renovating the 9-story building, which formerly housed the Maricopa County Environmental Services and Air Quality Departments. The renovated lobby was completed in June and includes an art gallery, and Now or Never, a luxury boutique on the ground floor. The building’s basement is still under construction to be transformed into a speakeasy cocktail lounge.
