Here’s how Valley CRE brokerage thrived during pandemic

Like most Valley business owners, Jonathan Keyser had never dreamed he could run his firm while all of its employees worked out of home offices. Keyser, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage in Scottsdale, had been built on its culture, and when he recently spoke to the Business Journal about how the year has played out for his business, he said it’s become more important than ever. Here’s what he had to say:

I’ve learned how to be a wartime leader. It feels like war; we are in crisis mode. I’ve learned to always look for the opportunity in any challenging situation, especially in a time when it is hard to find the positives.
