Live auction Feb. 4 for state trust land in San Tan Valley

A live auction will be held in February in Florence for 26.216 acres of State Trust Land in San Tan Valley.

The auction was postponed from 11 a.m. Jan. 13.

“(T)he auction yesterday in Pinal County was postponed until Feb. 4, 2021. The new information is now on the ASLD website,” a spokesperson for State Land Commissioner Lisa Atkins said.

The auction at 11 a.m. Feb. 4 at the east entrance to the Pinal County Administration No. 1, Building A, 31 N. Pinal St., will be the second southeast Valley state land auction in the past four months following the sale of a massive parcel to a national homebuilder in November.
