An East Valley animal hospital is looking to expand in Chandler.
The Chandler City Council is scheduled to consider a rezoning request that would allow 1st Pet Veterinary Centers to expand at Warner Road and Alma School Road.
The animal hospital is asking for the rezoning to allow for the expansion at the Warner Professional Center site.
That 6-acre development was never fully developed.
The rezoning would allow for veterinary clinics as well as other medical uses on a 1.23-acre site. The parcel currently has two buildings and parking, according to city documents.
The Chandler council will consider the rezoning at its meeting later today (Feb. 11.).
