Tempe to talk real estate

The Tempe City Council will hold executive session discussions on three real estate matters on Thursday, May 6.

The council will meet in private and with the city’s legal counsel on potential real estate options for city-owned land at Priest Drive and Rio Salado Parkway and the development of another city-owned parcel at First Street and Hardy Drive.

The council will also hold private discussions on potential alternatives related to affordable housing and shelters.

The executive session will be held virtually at 3 p.m.
