IDM Companies breaks ground on Acero Queen Creek Station

By AZ Big Media

IDM Companies announced construction has commenced on a 476-unit multifamily apartment community in Queen Creek, Arizona. IDM was drawn to the site due to the number and quality of nearby retail amenities, central location in Queen Creek, and opportunity to provide additional multifamily housing in this underserved market. The project is IDM’s eighth multifamily apartment community project in metro Phoenix since 2019, for a total of 2,700 units.

The new project, known as Acero Queen Creek Station, is located on the northwest corner of S. Ellsworth Loop Road and E. Rittenhouse Road. The new community will feature modern amenities including resort style pools, state-of-the-art clubhouse, indoor/outdoor fitness center, dog parks, fire pits/tables, and playgrounds.

The project design and construction team includes: BMA Architecture as the architect, IDM Builds as the general contractor, and Hilgart Wilson as the civil engineer. IDM utilizes in-house management to provide asset management and property management services. IDM extends their appreciation to Brian Stillman of Insight Land & Investments for sourcing the land site for the project.
