Flex project plans submitted in Chandler
The Chandler City Council will look at plans for new industrial development at Juniper Road and Galveston Street in the East Valley.
LGE Design Group has submitted plans to build an 86,235-square-foot “office / warehouse” building on 6.05 acres at the Chandler Corporate Center development.
The council will look at preliminary development plans during its Aug. 12 meeting. Plans call for 20,000 square feet of office space as part of the building.
The property is located near McClintock Drive and Chandler Boulevard.
