National developer buys 40 acres for planned Glendale industrial buildings

National developer Trammell Crow Co. purchased about 40 acres of land in Glendale for its planned business park development, Park Aldea Phase 2, next to Loop 101 and the Westgate Entertainment District.

The second phase of its Glendale project will include 570,600 square feet between four single-story Class A infill logistics buildings built on the vacant land near 99th Avenue and Cardinals Way. It will be available for lease or sale, the company said.
