Infill custom homes proposed in Scottsdale

By Mike Sunnucks | Rose Law Group Reporter

Plans have been submitted in Scottsdale for an 8-home infill residential development on 10 acres at the southwest corner of Lone Mountain Road and Standing Stones Road.

The single-family project is called Standing Stones.

The land is currently undeveloped and is adjacent to other residential communities.

The land is owned by Esoteric Strategies LP / Freedom Works Construction.

Freedom Works is based in Scottsdale.

The City of Scottsdale is being asked to approve preliminary plat approval with the homes being developed on parcels designated as Single-Family Residential, Environmentally Sensitive Lands zoning.
