Home sales are not slowing down at Wickenburg Ranch.
Van Tuyl Companies President Chris Haines told the Sun more than 320 homes have been sold this year as of the end of November. Van Tuyl, Wickenburg Ranch’s developer, projected earlier this year 275 homes would be sold in 2021.
“Sales have been fantastic the entire year,” Haines said. “We are definitely going to set a new record this year.”
This year’s record sales followed 238 home sales in 2020, which was a big jump from 2019, in which 145 homes were sold.
