Scottsdale luxury apartments sold for record price; seller to build more

JLB Partners sold its newly built luxury apartment community in Scottsdale for a record price in Arizona at a time when the Dallas-based developer has plans to build even more luxury units here.

Called the Roadrunner on McDowell, the 356-unit luxury apartment community sold for $193.5 million, or $543,539 per unit.
