Rose Law Group pc is pleased to announce Pedrick Scholar Attorney Madelaine Bauer has joined the expanding Scottsdale based firm.
Bauer, who works in land use, zoning and data centers, joins a team that is busier than ever as these areas of the law are seeing substantially more growth and opportunity over the last decade.
Bauer received her Arizona real estate license and graduated from Barrett, The Honors College at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a minor in Real Estate and a certificate in International Business. She went on to achieve a law degree from Arizona State University where she was an Associate Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal and recognized as a Pedrick Scholar.
Before her time at Rose Law Group, Bauer gained transactional experience drafting contracts and data center deals at Iron Mountain Data Centers. Bauer also worked in the data center solutions group at JLL, a commercial real estate firm in Phoenix.
