MARICOPA — The Planning and Zoning Commission addressed access points, a wash and traffic flow for El Rancho Santa Rosa subdivision during a February meeting.
The property is located at the northwest corner of Farrell Road and the North Smith Road alignment. The request was made by CVL Consultants on behalf of Pulte Homes.
Pulte Homes is wanting this project to be a continuation of a development they already have in Maricopa, Santa Rosa Crossing.
