Building is expected to start on the Arise North Phoenix development sometime in the next 60 to 90 days, according to Vince Barbato, a principle owner at Family Development.
Barbato said grading and building roads started in June after some Anthem residents opposed the project — saying it would bring more traffic and congestion to the area. Residents also have been concerned with renters trickling over to use Anthem’s amenities.
The development is on a 15-acre property just east of Interstate 17 on Arroyo Norte Drive in Anthem.
