New deals bolster Caliber’s revitalization effort in downtown Mesa

CaliberCos. continued its leasing efforts in downtown Mesa buildings, inking three new deals across housing, workforce education and nightlife.

Southwest Institute of Montessori Studies Inc., Sonoran Rows and ZenniHome are set to join Main Street in the coming years as Scottsdale-based Caliber looks to revitalize buildings in downtown Mesa.
