West Valley city prepares large sites for more industrial projects

The city of Buckeye is setting up additional land for future industrial development as more companies and developers consider building in the West Valley. 

Buckeye’s planning commission on Tuesday recommended approval to rezone about 310 acres from residential to light industrial.
