West Valley community could add new apartments, semiconductor supplier

Developers want to add 1,500 residential units to the Vistancia master-planned community’s new commercial core in Peoria.

Current zoning for Vistancia only allows a maximum of 10,500 residential units overall but the site’s master developer is asking the city to increase this number to 12,000 units for more new apartments.
