(COURTESY CITY OF SCOTTSDALE)
By J.Graber | Scottsdale Independent
The Scottsdale Zoning Commission voted 6-0 Sept. 28 to recommend a zoning change that will allow for the development, known as the Parque, on 32.3 acres near the intersection of North Scottsdale Road and East Paradise Lane.
The Scottsdale City Council will have the ultimate say on the rezoning request.
At build-out, the project will include 1,236 dwelling units —both apartments and condominiums — a 223-key, five star hotel and 253,000 square feet of commercial floor space.
Included in those dwelling units are 98 workforce housing units that will remain below market value for 10 years.
