Dual-brand hotel proposed in north Phoenix comes into focus

A team of developers is planning to build a unique dual-branded hotel as part of the overall USAA campus and Norterra master-planned community in north Phoenix.

The approximately 160,000-square-foot building will feature a 179-key AC by Marriott and a 95-key Element by Westin, according to preliminary documents originally filed with the city of Phoenix last year.
